Vaulto keeps your photos, files and notes encrypted behind your own password — private if your phone is lost or stolen, and unreadable to spyware or anyone who copies your files. iPhone, iPad and Mac at launch; Android and Windows next.
Someone makes you unlock your phone. See what they get — and what stays yours.
Vaulto is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and ready to download for Mac. Android and Windows are next.
No account needed to start. Your password never leaves your device, and nothing is uploaded unless you turn backup on.
A real password for your vault, a decoy password that opens a separate everyday space, and an optional duress password that logs out or clears your vault — for the moment someone forces you to unlock.
Photos, videos, documents and notes — encrypted with AES-256 the moment they go in. Recently Deleted keeps mistakes recoverable for 30 days — delete from there and it's gone everywhere.
Decide what Vaulto does after too many wrong password tries — so a lost or stolen device never gives up your private files.
Real encryption with a key only you hold. If that key is destroyed, the data is gone for good — even we couldn't bring it back.
Your real password opens your vault. If someone ever forces you to unlock — a thief, a stalker, an abusive partner — a decoy password opens a separate, everyday space instead, and a duress password logs out or clears your vault the moment it's typed. You stay safe, and what's private stays private.
Every photo, file and note is encrypted on your device with a key derived from your password. Nothing ever leaves in the clear.
Choose what happens after too many wrong tries, so a lost or stolen device never gives up your private files.
Keep it on this device only, or back it up to your account — 50 GB with Pro, 200 GB with Premium. Every item shows when it's safely backed up.
Videos stream in encrypted, so length costs you nothing. Keep private contacts in the vault, and scan a document straight into it without it ever touching your camera roll.
Deleted items wait in an encrypted recycle bin. Restore them, delete them for good whenever you like, or leave them — anything you leave goes on its own 30 days after you deleted it. Gone for good means gone from this device, your account and your other devices.
Vaulto locks itself after the delay you choose, every time you put it down — and only your password opens it again.
Turn it on and Vaulto photographs anyone who gets your password wrong three times, so you can see who tried to open your vault. Only you can see the photos.
iPHONE & iPADOne deliberate action erases everything — device and cloud — for good. The cloud copy goes first, so nothing readable is left behind.
The same vault, plus a desktop toolkit that watches your camera and microphone, scans for spyware, and seals whole apps inside an encrypted disk. A Mac can do far more than a phone — so Premium does.
Alerted the instant your camera or mic turns on — and told which app did it.
Checks for remote access and known spyware, so you know if something doesn't belong.
Check your files for threats, see what deleted files leave behind, and delete them for good.
Factory-reset an old iPhone, iPad or Android from your Mac before you sell it or pass it on.
See everything an app has quietly stored — data, caches, keychain items — and clear it out.
An encrypted drive you mount when you need it. Seal an app inside and its data lives only there.
Same encryption, same passwords, same encrypted backup — sign in and your vault is there. Tap either one to see what it carries.
On the App Store for iPhone and iPad; Android next. Vaulto Pro also opens your vault on a Mac — just not the desktop suite.
On Mac today; Windows next, at no extra cost. Vaulto Premium includes everything in Pro.
Locked albums and hidden folders only stop a curious glance. Vaulto encrypts everything behind its own password — private if your phone is lost or stolen, and unreadable to spyware that copies your files.

Vaulto Pro is the vault for your phone and tablet. Vaulto Premium is for Mac and desktop, where Vaulto does far more. Both start with a 7-day free trial, and your login never decrypts your data.
Prices in US dollars. Buy Pro or Premium here with crypto — paid once for the time you choose, nothing renews (card payments are coming soon) — or inside the Vaulto app. On iPhone and iPad, Pro is also sold through the App Store. One account, unlocked on every device.
Anyone who keeps private things on a phone or computer — ID and documents, family photos, medical and money records, notes — and wants them safe if a device is lost, stolen or infected with spyware. The decoy and duress passwords are for the rare moment someone forces you to unlock — a thief, a stalker, an abusive partner. Vaulto isn't for hiding from a lawful investigation: our terms forbid using it to hide or destroy evidence.
In most countries, yes. Vaulto uses standard encryption — the same kind that protects phones, laptops and messaging apps — and features like a wrong-password wipe that phones already offer. A few countries restrict encryption, so use Vaulto within the laws where you live. What's never allowed is using it to hide or destroy evidence, or to keep anything from a lawful investigation — our terms forbid it.
No. Everything is encrypted on your device before it's stored or backed up, with a key derived from your password. We hold ciphertext we can't read — and Delete All Data removes that cloud copy too. There's no tracking or analytics in Vaulto, and we don't keep your IP address.
You decide what Vaulto does after the number of wrong tries you set — for example, sign out, or clear the vault on that device. If you use cloud backup, your encrypted copy can bring it all back.
Pro is the plan for phones and tablets, and it opens your vault wherever you sign in — including on a Mac. Premium is the Mac and desktop plan: it includes everything in Pro on every device, and adds the desktop suite — Privacy Guard, Security Check, Secure Delete, App Manager, Phone Reset and the encrypted Vault Disk.
Seven days, free, of the plan for the device you start it on — on a Mac that's the full Premium suite with 200 GB of encrypted cloud storage; on a phone, Pro with 50 GB. Vaulto is locked until you start it. On iPhone and iPad it's the App Store's free week: cancel at least a day before it ends and you pay nothing, otherwise your plan begins. Elsewhere you start it in the app with no card; the 7 days begin the moment you accept, it's one trial per device and per account, reinstalling or resetting doesn't restart it, and when it ends Vaulto locks again until you subscribe. If you don't subscribe, what you backed up during the trial is kept for 7 days after it ends, then deleted; what's on your devices stays there.
Yes. Your plan is tied to your account, not a device or a licence key. Subscribe once and sign in on iPhone, iPad or Mac — Android and Windows join when they launch. Signed out, a device keeps a plan paid by email for 48 hours; then sign in again with that email.
Then the data is gone, and that's the point — there is no reset, no recovery email, and no master key. There's no master key, so nobody — not even us — can open your vault without your password. Keep your password somewhere safe, and keep your own backup of anything you can't afford to lose. (Your account login is a different password: if you forget that one, the app emails you a code to set a new one — and it never opens your data.)
Cancel anytime — in your App Store or Google Play account if you subscribed there, or from the link in your receipt email if you paid by card. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Paid with crypto? Nothing renews: your plan simply ends with the time you bought.
In the app: Settings → Cloud Sync → Delete Account. It removes your encrypted backup and your account from our servers; what's on your devices stays until you delete it there. No app any more? Email support@vaulto-locker.com from the account's address. A store subscription is cancelled in the store, so cancel that too.
Email support@vaulto-locker.com. You'll get an immediate note confirming it arrived, with a ticket reference, and a person answers within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. One thing we can't help with: if the password that opens your data is lost, nobody can restore it — not support, not us.
Seven days of the full plan and its cloud storage, free. Start it right in the app — on iPhone and iPad it's the App Store's free week; elsewhere no card is needed.
On a Mac, open the downloaded file and drag Vaulto into Applications, then open it from there.
Vaulto is built for personal privacy and safety — keeping your photos, videos, documents, notes and contacts yours if your phone or computer is lost, stolen or taken from you. It isn't for hiding anything from a lawful investigation, and our terms forbid that. Use it within the laws where you live.
